When you're talking about thinner, thinner margins, which is why you need the ancillary revenue, like mail and meeting rooms, et cetera.

I mean, you have a model that... I mean, it's easier when you're signing a straight lease.
rent or whatever else it may be and and also a lot of locations just don't project out i mean it just they just yeah they just don't they don't work yeah exactly you know you know what it needs to look like you know it's like yes or no i mean you you just know how to do this at this point okay i'm looking at your photos these are much nicer locations than i would have guessed well
