So, some people listening right now might not actually be familiar with human design, but one of the most incredible things that you could ever learn is just the way that you are actually meant to have your energy move in your business.

They're generator types.
And so if you're not familiar what this is, this is the type of people who are meant to only say yes and only do the things in their business that are a full body yes.
And it always comes from the sacral, which is in the gut.
So it's either a move forward or a move back.
And most entrepreneurs are making decisions from the neck up.
They're running the business from the neck up and no one is actually meant to make the decision from the brain.
And each of us are designed so beautifully and uniquely to decide to move to create and you reserve so much more life force energy and you cannot possibly burn out.
when you actually implement those three things with the subconscious, the nervous system, and human design.
So one of my clients is a generator type, sacral, hell yes, hell no.
The best advice I was ever given is if it's not a hell yes, it is a hell no.
There's no hell maybe.
And she had had colitis her whole life, stomach issues her whole life.
Within four months of working with me, gone.
Because her body was fighting her the whole way.
And she was now creating from, do I actually want to do this?
Do I want to do that?
And her body would say yes or it would say no.
