So Sebastian Kehl was on the bench on the game on Saturday, and Sunday he's gone, just gone on the day.
And Sebastian Kehl is not a troublemaker.
This is one of the good lads.
But it's been a lot of politics in Dortmund.
There's always been that for the last year.
sporting director, Lars Rikke, new CEO, Vatske, the new president, used to be head of everything, and he's still the head of everything.
You have Mattias Sammer hanging around there.
And you've got, of course, a strong coach in Niko Kovac.
But if you have a look at the table, they are doing well in the Bundesliga.
They are absolutely the best of the rest.
And then we had today the announcement they are going after Ole Bukic.
Maybe not so known for everybody else, but he's been doing a fantastic job in Elfsberg.
He's took them to two promotions, Regionalliga to Dritteliga, from Dritteliga in Zweite Liga, and nearly went up last season when they lost the playoff against Heidenheim.
And at this stage, they are second in the Zweite Liga.
And he's going to start on Wednesday.
So there is a lot of things that doesn't add up now.
Why isn't he at Ellsberg for the rest of the season to get them in the Bundesliga?
Why is KLV so hurried to take him out now on Sunday, immediately take him away?
I can only guess that it's to spend this time before the World Cup to build up the squad for next season.
That's the only reason there is for me.
