Yeah, I'm uh Jan and uh I I started my first company, Dr.
Sam, like eight, nine years ago already.
Um I have an economics background, uh so I'm in this industry for ten years now, but before that worked for big corporates and did other amazing stuff and I'm super happy to be in the industry now and uh help people all over the all over the place.
Yeah, quite personal actually.
And it's also uh the first company, the name is Doctor Sam and Sam was our uh first dog we had together.
So uh out of this dog the idea uh came up, uh to to name the company all after our first dog now.
Australian Shepherd.
Such super sweet.
I mean what what we saw is uh after thousands and thousands and you could even say millions of consultations uh via chat, via video, we learned more and more that there is a certain structure, um that there are um uh questions that repeat themselves, that there are answers that repeat.
Yeah.
And so um um we found out that there's uh looking at the structure um that we could use this data to
somehow also help others, other companies to somehow use this data.
Um uh and what we built is actually out of this in AI infrastructure.
Um we founded another company which is Pivio, uh our second company, and um all this data now is um m readily available for other companies to be used uh in a in in in a B2B service services way you could say.
So what we typically do, for example, work with insurance companies, help them with triaging for their injuries, or we work together with pet food companies uh who want to somehow lead their customers to the right product, to find the right product, uh, or if they have uh uh questions related to their pet health, we also help them.
So it's basically a service which can be implemented within the whole pet health vertical or the
even the pet care vertical so it's quite broadly uh uh adaptable to um each individual need, huh?
They could, yes, absolutely.
And uh for now we don't have a partner there yet, but uh we would be super happy to have uh uh animal shelters uh to had even to to provide them a service for free so that they can use it for their pets as well, yeah.
