like constant improvement is really important in the program and definitely FTC has been doing that.

They were the overall winner back in twenty sixteen.

So this is nice to have their, you know, tenth year anniversary of that and they won it again.

Carriers we have lower participation from carriers because

They're trying to keep the lights on sometimes and we saw a lot of carriers go under this year or have a lot of financial difficulties.

They're not gonna be participating in this because this is where

You know, carriers often when they're struggling, they're not thinking about drivers and driver programs and how to make drivers happy.

They're trying to get enough file miles to keep their trucks profitable.

So we do see that um participation goes down and it actually went down from the drivers as well.

So everybody has been in this court of kind of slump.
