It goes back to that experience of joy that you talked about earlier, Nikki.
So, um, the first time I ever had my own experience of of um
I I mean i I'll go back to Pete, this insidious voice, it uh it used to be so connected to me that I didn't know the difference between the two.
Uh and I had a very powerful experience of being able to just sort out that sep just be able to take that con that that inner conversation and literally give it a picture, call it a gremlin, put it behind me, and then come back and have the same exact experience I just
just had, but only with that um behind you.
Behind you.
Yeah.
Behind me.
Is it separated from my body.
Right, right, right.
And the words are one way into that awareness.
Right.
Okay.
Kind of like there's this big thing of being aware.
Well, what are we supposed to be aware of?
You know?
Um our words, our behaviors, our habits, um, inner conversations, physical experiences is in our body, all of those are grist for the mill in terms of things that you can be aware of.
