Yeah, words and then phrases like um when I was a kid my cousin would always say, Oh, Jane, you're such a Jane, you know, when I do something goofy.
Oh.
Right.
And she was goofing around and yet when I got married, my husband said, Wow, that's such a put down when you say it to yourself 'cause I I used to just automatically say it.
Um and when I really started thinking about it, what I was saying what the message underneath that was that I was making
up was I'm stupid.
Um I'm never going to be good enough.
Uh why bother trying?
You know?
And so simply paying attention and noticing those words, that that message, then I can decide, do I want to take that right now?
Or do I want to put those words behind me or put them aside or or just choose to not interact with them?
It's incredibly powerful.
I am are two really powerful words.
Again, just listen to the words, kind of like, okay, there's bird flying by.
There's an I am word.
Pay attention to that I am word.
