So I'm definitely willing to try it.

I had like two other things that were kind of popping up.
The first one is like it's related to the shame.
But because we were because the topic of my mom came up, I was kind of wondering.
So because like this experience of discomfort and around pregnancy, it feels like it brings me so inwardly.
And I experienced that as like selfishness sometimes.
And that scares me because I have, I've seen that like in my mom in a way that felt like it didn't have a great impact on me at certain points in my life.
And so I guess there's like that same relational fear between me and
Way more than you can use it.
A hundred percent.
And I think I will kind of be able to deal with the feeling of the selfishness that comes up around that, because right now I feel a little bit of resentment when I have to do that.
I'm like, well, you should know.
So why do I have to tell you to do this or ask you to do this?
