For example, for instance, if people can't agree, then there is always the resort to the courts.

Professional trustees can sit down and have rational conversations.

And if beneficiaries are all at odds with each other, then really trustees can call meetings with beneficiaries and say, well, this is what we're tabling and this is the reason why.

independent one is not though so so one is a trustee beneficiary is that correct yes yes yes i'm just thinking how long you know we really and truly what's reasonable yeah i guess it could go for years couldn't it you know things would be in that regard astronomical yeah the fees oh the cost would be dreadful i would think if it goes on and on like that but in that regard if it's only one beneficiary the the trustees have a duty to all of the beneficiaries

So to a degree, the trustees have to step in and try and bring some resolution to matters, I would have thought.

I think the only winners out of those are generally the lawyers.
