Long-term mortgage rates are falling for the second week in a row.
Mortgage giant Freddie Mac says the average 30-year note is down seven basis points to 6.3 percent.
That's the lowest level in a month.
A year ago, that rate was averaging more than 6.8 percent.
Meanwhile, the 15-year mortgage is also lower, down nine basis points to 5.65 percent.

President Trump says peace talks between the U.S.
and Iran could take place in the coming days, and he says if that does happen, he might travel to Pakistan.
Speaking there at the White House before heading to Las Vegas, Pakistan has served as a mediator in the talks.
Meanwhile, Israel and Lebanon have agreed to a 10-day ceasefire that Trump says is supposed to start at this hour.
This after Iran said the Israeli strikes on Lebanon have to stop as part of any longer-term peace deal with the U.S.
