Why are we still living in the past?
Like we need to move on and things that are current to the future.
Yeah.
It's terrible.
And you know, one thing that like, especially people on the left, and I noticed he said this in this clip, that whole connotation of white supremacy, like in the way they use it on the left, I'm like, if you actually like break down like the word,
That means you're believing that somebody is supreme to you.
And psychologically, that's fucked up to keep saying and reiterating that to black people.
And I was like, I don't like that term because, one, I don't believe in it.
I said, because if I believe in it, then I believe that somebody else is superior to me.
I was like, but the more that you keep telling young kids this, like you're screwing up their brains.
It is.
And, you know, I can say this.
Yeah.
Okay?
I will say, especially because I grew up in South Carolina and I grew up in a predominantly white neighborhood.
And I told my parents as I've gotten older, the more you keep telling children at that young age, especially black kids, that your history starts with slavery.
Right.
You don't talk about the good, the positive.
Like it's almost like everything they want you to know in the education system is like reiterating this narrative of like you're the inferior.
You should be mad.
