And so like for example, I give the analogy a lot to people that if I if I tell you to pay attention to your peripheral vision, many people will do the attentional equivalent of turning their head to look at their peripheral vision.
And it's like, no, you if I if you do that, you don't know what I'm talking about when I say peripheral vision.

Yeah, but but there there's this is the same thing where I could ask you to attend to all kinds of things happening in you and people just don't know how to do it.
Right, so they don't know how so for example, I mean, even the thing I say view is an experience, uh, I could tell you to like attend to what it's like to have a view.
And some people just don't know how to do that.

It depends on who you are.
Like I think agency is something that is Well we're describing a mechanism.
