Right, but that's just clearly a lie.
But like but no, but uh even if I felt that it was true or thought that it was true or had the experience, it would the truth would be to say
I I'm having the perception of myself as a not confident person.
Well no, because we're talking about awareness of the process or aw or or truth in the content.
Right?
Like when I'm when I'm saying the process that's unfolding, that's that's what's really happening.
Where where I'd even push back though is even labelling that like, oh I have this narrative it's not accurate because this presupposes some connection with what is accurate that like I can you know, as opposed to I'm I have this pr again perception of it's not being accurate, you know, but I don't but your your contention is just the fundamental idea of accuracy or truth just on its own terms.
But funny enough, so again in Buddhism
you know, you have these two what's known as like relative and ultimate reality.
Right?
So like this is relative truth is is very much the truth in the way that we're talking about it, which is like might be like conceptual truth, um
And like what is ultimately true.
And a lot of what I'm pointing at is like ultimately what we can know is true is our own experience.
Um what's in like but what's what's interesting though is still that this this doesn't mean that relative truths are arbitrary.
Right?
So this it the for me to say this is a table is is more true than me to say this is a lion, right?
