It's it's not that it's again, this is like the content of what's happening is not as important to me as the relationship with what's happening.
So like saying there's a mistake
Cool.
But to me the biggest difference would be like if I perceive something as a mistake, it w I am very likely to track it as a perception of a mistake.
Like there's this perception of a mistake arising.
Like that's that's what's happening.
And the only reason I say that because it again, it's far easier to determine what do I what is useful, I think, when you're closer to reality in this way.
And like what you need, right?
Which so much of what is happening in the
moment I had a meditation teacher who used to say you only ever have to ask yourself two questions, what's happening and what's needed.
And I just find that to be really true.
Like in from moment to moment.
Yeah.
So and and and oftentimes we're so caught up in the content of what we're doing, we're we're missing the process and like what it communicates to us about what we need.
So for example, moving to mistake might actually not be about
the mistake at all.
It might be about per the pursuit of comfort.
It might be.
I don't know.
But like that can happen.
