I think we have this association with intellectual honesty and like being self aware.
Man many people do, that it's self aware when it's unfortunate facts about yourself.
Like when it when people Yeah, yeah, oh sure.
But to be yeah, I guess to me

Like which is like I don't is it a mistake?
I can tell you I have an association with this as a mistake.
I can tell you that um the so the Buddha was once asked, um

like speak the truth, basically.
Like how how can you how can you know you're speaking the truth?
And the and you know, the Buddha asked this this person, like, Well what is this?
What is something you believe to be true?
You know, and the person said it and he said, Well w you know, on what basis do you believe this to be true?
And he gave like, or can you believe anything to be true, he kind of said.
And the guy kind of said, like, well, I can do it based on like culture and tradition.
He just I gave this list of things.
And the Buddha said, like, the only way you can speak the truth in these moments is to is to say, on the basis of belief, I believe I I I hold this view to be true.
