Is utility not a truth that is relevant?
It is, no, it is, yeah.
Okay.
Yeah, yeah.
Like I mean that's a that's a happy marriage.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
But I again there's there's still something being missed I don't know if we should pin down on it more, but there to me.
Okay, so I was talking with somebody who
is also like a mental and performance coach, which we have pretty differing views on what is helpful for people.
And they were discussing their own experience
being um basically feeling like they underperformed.
They were playing an FT and like feeling like they massively underperformed.
Um and someone
telling them after the fact that hey, is it like reasonable of you to expect like you had not this person had not played in a long time.
They were at a table with like pretty good people, good players, right?
And this they were like, Wait, was it reasonable of you to expect yourself to perform at the level that you are expecting yourself to perform at?
You know, and sh and something about the question for her just made her feel much more at peace with her performance.
That makes sense.
She had this contention, it was because of the truth of it.
Right, because it was like the truth that it was not reasonable.
