He's been banned 162 games because he tested positive for performance enhancing drugs, PEDs, for the second time in a year.
Profar forfeits his entire $15 million salary.
He is not eligible for the postseason either.
Four games into last season, Profar was suspended 80 games for his first positive test of PEDs.
In his limited action with the Braves, he played left field and hit .245 with 14 home runs and 43 RBIs.
