is approaching AI.

So historically, American AI companies have offered their systems on a paid basis and

You have to pay them $20 a month if you want to have decent answers.

President Xi said that China's approach focusing on freely available systems that anybody can download, they can customize to their own use, that's the way of the future.

And he explicitly said that we shouldn't prioritize the national security concept to benefit any one country's stability at the expense of all other countries.
