And I said, I'm going to make a declaration today.

I don't normally open this way, but I've been thinking about it.

And look, it's just one man's opinion.

So I could be wrong.

Take it for what it's worth.

But I'm declaring that Illinois is a red state with two large blue dots.

And when I said that, I mean, it's like the –

lid that was about to pop off i mean it was such a raucous reaction so i'd hit it you know sometimes you just hit the right tone and uh that's the way they feel they feel trapped in their own state and they and they love being there they're there for generations they're farmers they have these huge deer and their duck hunt and all this but then these like two blue dots just control them it's just it's sad to me but you know it is what it is but i have declared illinois a red state

And it went over great with the pasture.

So I don't know if that's going to go anywhere.

But for one day, it got me off to a good start.
