Because, you know, I've learned and I've had a lot of, you know, I've had a lot of lessons.

So, you know, that is a big thing.

I think I hired friends.

I hired family.

I mean, I did a lot of that.

Those would be things I would say I shouldn't have hired friends.

Like, you know, I hired like my first business development person was like a friend that didn't know how to develop business.

And it's like other employees are like saying like, yo, like you got to get some better people around you.

But I was like, oh, this is my friend.

Like, you know, like we're trying to grow together.

You got to you got to make everybody go through the application and the interview process.

Like, you know, and I didn't do that a lot.

And that's like something that you have to everybody's just not your friend.

And that really sucks to say when you're like a people pleaser, you love people and you're in a business of service.

You just got to watch.

guards up a little bit you know because I think you've been through the battle and so now it's like when I go into year 10 it's like I gotta win the war like you know I've been through it so it's like now it's like what do I want to do with this business how big do I want to see it go how do I what do I need to do to make those things happen that's so true who needs to be around me in this next phase too that too and who doesn't need to be around me

So it's a lot of that.

And life.
