We definitely are trying to do that.
I wouldn't say it's all kind of butterflies and rainbows.
But for the most part, I agree with the sentiment that it's been somewhat like living in the real life version of the Truman Show.
I kind of feel like I'm inside of a movie being played about myself right now.
So I definitely agree with that also.
But we've definitely had some wins over the last 30 days also.
So, yes, I mean, it's something that I would say me being, you know, one of the few people born in the 80s at United Franchise Group didn't really understand that we still did flying people in all the time for discovery days with nine brands and
That made for several thousand flights and hotel stays per night.
But this really ramped up to the point that we had no choice but to do virtual Discovery Day tours.
And essentially what happened is in the midst of all this pandemic, we nearly quadrupled the amount of Discovery Days that we did over the last 30 days.
That's amazing.
To the point where I think we maxed out where we had 10 on one day, which is the most Ray has ever done.
It used to be five or six people would fly in, but we ended up in the middle of the pandemic with nearly 10 on one day.
And VentureX specifically, we did more in the last 30 days than we did in the first three months of the year, as far as discovery days
Well, I think that's one of the misconceptions probably about co-working spaces.
And that's why we kind of consider ourselves what we call a pro-working space.
Our locations are anywhere between 15,000 to 40,000 square feet.
And only about 2,000 to 3,500 square feet of that is community space.
The rest is actually private offices.
