So there's this inflation that people feel like is wrong when they're not told about it.

So I think the only thing that happened is you weren't told in advance that there was going to be gratuity for a party of six or more.

I think he went above and beyond, but we can quibble with the fact that a couple of them he didn't get the notes right or the tone right.
