It's going to win games for them that they probably have no business winning.
Well, I thought about it a bit recently because like,
You got to be of two minds when you have a very talented goalie behind a young learning blue line like you suggested.
The one mind is that it's great.
It'll allow the guys to maybe take more chances or maybe be a little bit more creative and not constantly worry about what they need to do on the defensive side of things.
The flip side of it is.
If Demko masks some of the mistakes that they're making, it's maybe not necessarily the best for their learning curve because, you know, at times it's almost a good thing that Tolopilo and Lankanen weren't bailing these guys out because you need to learn the hard way.
And oftentimes it's through pucks in the back of the net.
I also have a hard time trying to envision what, if any, expectations you can have.
Because I looked at it yesterday.
We've seen Demko 43 times over the last two seasons combined.
Like 164 games.
He's only been in there for 43 of them.
