It's basically, you know, the eye in the sky.

In the United States situation, we're talking about the call that was made to give Fowler and Baligan a red card.

And the kinds of things that happen in real time, often right in front of the referee, they don't get called.
And when you put them through, again, that sort of granular slow motion review, it leaves the potential for reversals that...
kind of go against the spirit of the way the game is supposed to be interpreted.
And that's really what people are arguing about with regard to contact and read reviews and things like that.
