more legible.

Before this, uh before this interview, um, I spent some time and found out that you are a prolific writer, um, heavily on the topic of AI.
And one of the things that you wrote, which was really interesting, you said that shipping more doesn't tell you whether the products improved.
And so I love that.
Because as AI accelerates product development, like we can just like get stuff out there.
Um, how are you thinking about ensuring that um you're thinking about actually the the it's the customer outcomes um that you're measuring, not just kind of shipping velocity, which I think is an easy habit to fall into.
Yeah.
And are you finding that um AI is helping with bringing customers into your design process?

You know, like how how is how is AI impacting that kind of empathy feed uh that you're getting as you're as you're design uh designing your solutions?
