kind of maybe break some of the barriers or set co uh expectations with sort our engineering partners that maybe in some some cases in the past we've experienced like, well wait, wait a minute, like you know, there there tends to be these gaps and these become these tools almost like a shared language uh that can be really effective.

You got two candidates come in, both of them like totally like AI skilled, uh, you know, very equally well.
You know, is there uh does does AI change how you would decide you'd choose one over over the other?
Like, um does that does that influence kind of some of your hiring right now or I don't know if you're hiring, but if you were hiring, like if it uh
if if it has impacted that uh at all.

We we have a we have a cool intern program and they always ask me every year to come and talk to the interns.
But I mean and it's a tough time to be particularly entering the workforce.
Um so I've got a lot of empathy.
So the but they're asking a lot of questions.
But the key thing that I was driving is like even
You know, even if it's not about the the way that you work, like you have to play with it to understand this new material.
