through planning because of community concerns around power and water and things like that so they expect probably 40 of those to fall over and not get approved there's also i think 13 states or 16 states that have banned them maine just came out and banned them this week that could get to 30. so what we're seeing is a lot of demand go from the us to down here

If you go back three or four months ago, there was a lot of announcements of building big data centers in the Middle East.
Now, you know, we heard one of Amazon's did get a bomb, went through it.
So that's changed too.
People will say, okay, well, we can't go Middle East.
How far away can we go?
Yeah.
Australia is stable.
So it's really interesting.
So the demand from offshore coming down here for big amounts of compute is increasing exponentially.
And that's why groups like Firmus have these massive valuations and looking to list on the market.
Yeah, look, when we started getting into the data center sector and we bought Telstra, which was our largest purchase at the time at $416 million, it was a 30-year lease to Telstra.
So we were just backing Telstra.
So that was fine.
And most of our data center investments over the last five years have been fully leased, quite passive investments.
The reset data play is totally different, right?
You are building these facilities, you're putting hundreds, if not billions of dollars of capital in to buy the chips, and then you're back to backing that with a tenant customer.
