And I'm like, this has to be one of those things because I've been praying and praying and praying.
I've heard nothing.
So I said, it must be that I need to fast.
And that's what it was.

And the main distraction for me was I just didn't feel like I didn't see myself the way that God saw me.
You know, I just saw myself as someone who was on the Internet just creating videos and putting them out there because the whole thing.
views and followers thing even today still does not make sense in my head so if you see a one million views to me it doesn't register that one million people saw this or so I always joke I say it jokingly but I'm kind of serious I say I feel like God really blessed me with this platform because he knew none of this would make sense to me and I'm someone who just is trying to share the word you know so yeah but it was really how I saw myself and what I've learned is that
how you see yourself determines if and when you get out of that wilderness season that we, that we speak about that desert season where everything feels dry.
Because I think back to the children of Israel and there were a lot of them that wanted to go back to bondage.
They wanted to go back to slavery with Pharaoh.
And God really ministered to me when I was studying that.
And he said, the only reason why they wanted to go back to, um,
to Pharaoh was because they saw themselves as nothing more than slaves.
And I was like, wow.
It was like in the same breath.
When people are dealing with toxic relationships and unhealthy situations, the only reason why a person would want to return to a toxic relationship is if they see themselves as someone that's unfit for a healthy one.
