And it's Job 122.
So, you know, he's going through all of this stuff.
He's experiencing the worst of the worst.
And chapter 1, verse 22 says, in all of this, Job did not sin by crediting God with all of his misfortune.
And some people will be like, well, why is that a verse that you go to?
Because it shows us that
Even a person that God considers to be righteous and blameless and upright still went through all the things that most people wouldn't want to go through.
And if he didn't blame God for it and he didn't sin, neither should I. So I always think about that as this was a person who had anxiety.
He lost his family.
He lost everything that he had.
And he still praised God even in the midst of all of it.
So I always go back to that verse, too.
I would say it's knowing that people are in a place that I was once in, and that is looking for somebody to just help you.
You have a yearning for the knowledge, but you can't find a person that will teach you.
And once I found that person, which was my mentor, I told myself I will spend the rest of my life doing this for other people because I'm a firm believer.
If people really knew what the Bible was saying, you wouldn't have to convince anyone to read it.
Like it is truly a blueprint, a blueprint for how to live life on earth, you know?
And a lot of times we think about Jesus as dying for our sins, but he also lived to be our example, you know?
So I use the Bible as a reference and as a guide, and this is what I'm going to form my life on.
And though I may not have the exact same experience, I may not be getting crucified and pinned up to a cross.
