We were really lucky because I think the Eagles have been so well run for a long time. For Jeffrey Lurie on down, obviously, Andy, before he left to go to Kansas City. There was such a culture established when we got there, whether it was Trent Cole, JP, Brent Selick, Jason Avant. Avant. The Eagles have always done a great job of keeping guys around specifically for that, I think.

And everybody does it in their own way. Some guys are going to be more vocal like, hey, this is stupid. I don't know why we're doing this. This is the dumbest thing in the world. And you need the other guys to be like, hey, let's just do it for a little bit. We're just going to do it today. And then we'll see how it goes. You know what I mean? We're just going to go out there and do our jobs.

But I'm dead serious. If you never get that side of somebody voicing that, then nothing really gets changed. It needs to get changed. I used to, early in my career, similar to you, I didn't really understand it. I was like, man, can we just go out here and do our thing? And then the older you get, the more you realize, oh, no, it's good to voice that stuff a lot of the times.
