There shouldn't be any part of you that I have to be so fast and out of control that I can't keep my momentum onto the bag because then it's just too big of a risk to even go, especially because you're already in scoring position.

the feedback the poor feedback and be like i was maybe it's my fault or i like that he was being aggressive and he'd have my back of immediate terms but i would still be be pissed off and he would still expect me to know whether i that i have to be safe in that situation and that's not something that you're putting the teams kind of at risk there by running into an out that we just couldn't afford right there

I've been asked a little bit about coaching.

I think I help out with the high school that I went to.

One of my close friends got the head varsity gig at Glenbrook North High School, so I was helping him the last couple years coaching the north suburbs there.

I enjoy it.

I don't know if I enjoy the major league schedule enough to go back to it,

to do something like that.

But listen, we're not, I've never claimed to be the smartest guy in the world, but one thing I did know was baseball.
