public education?

Do we believe in having our families, our parents closer to our lives or not so much?

Do we believe in both of us being in the workforce?

And do we believe that being engaged, you know, what our career is looking like?

All of these are such fundamental questions to like even pre having a kid.

And so, yeah, well, I mean, we don't even need a dating system to

for someone to say, okay, let's have five different dinners and talk about five different things.

But tabling everything is the foundation to being able to create these what-if scenarios.

And then you start to mix and match and combine them.

So what if we do public schooling versus a slightly bigger home?

And what does that?

Then we start to pull in those numbers.

And again, from what I've seen with all of these numbers, and I feel it in the pit of my stomach for the parents who are well on their journey and having to make those trade-offs, because we do see that in the numbers.

And certainly as the cost of living crisis starts to bite, more of these trade-offs are happening and people are, you know, they're cutting back on their groceries in order to keep their childcare, or they're cutting back on education in order to just be able to keep the kids in childcare so that they can go to work.

People are barely breaking even in that regard.

And if you haven't had kids yet, to insulate yourself against a situation like that, because God knows the world is volatile as it is right now, it's about tabling everything, mixing and matching the things that really suit, and you will end up with a structure that is exciting.

And then let's put some numbers to it.

And then build in, well, here's a contingency.
