If he pitches well through games, he's going to be in that mix.
Right now, he's looked good enough that I want to see more.
I won't say that he's blowing anybody's doors off or anything like that.
He still looks like a guy that might need some time in AAA, but he's going to have an opportunity to put himself in that conversation, sure.
Okay.

But here's why.
This actually makes sense.
So it's a lot easier to start Carmen as a starter and then ramp them down if that's what comes of it.
Then opposed to start them as a reliever and then you have to build them back up.
You know, what they're doing is strategic.
And it also honors what he did last year.
He had a really good finish to the season.
He picked up two new pitches.
I wrote about this.
He added a splitter and a curveball.
I watched him again in live BPs today.
They look really good.
So, yeah, I understand the hesitancy there.
