So yeah, today's just another important game for us.

He he did a really big session with our uh high performance team last Saturday when uh we were over in Adelaide and then a normal week of training, so uh
He's good to go, so obviously that's a great inclusion to come back in.
Yeah, that was the decision we made with Darcy.
He he was due to return to play uh VfL this week.
Um yeah, he did have a couple of hic uh hiccups.
He was going incredibly well.
It could have been at months earlier, but
pretty minor, he's done a great job, but we just decided as a club
that although we're still uh hinted to win it this year, Darcy's a really important player for our footy club.
He's four years at the club, he's obviously missed two years with two ACLs.
So we just weren't prote uh prepared to take the risk.
You know, some school of thought was it might be good for him to get back for his confidence to play a couple of games.
I was certainly in the camp but the uh the downside on this one if it went pear shaped is far worse than any upside of getting a game in.
So he'll continue to train and do match play uh with it for the rest of the year and build himself up so he has a normal break.
when the rest of our players break in the off season and then return for a
a strong uh preseason into round one next year.
