Flew past their own internal guidance with revenue up 14%.

And another quarter of GAAP operating profitability was up better than 300% from a year ago.

So, with active customers up 402,000 now, that's versus 325,000 from a year ago.

Dollar-based net expansion rate up

109% for the quarter.

That was versus 106% from a quarter ago.

This is a business that really turned the tides a little bit.

I think a lot of that boils down to what CEO Kozema, Chip Chandler has done.

How do you assess leadership?
