So now it's not as scary as you think it would be.
And then you're kind of seeing that there's some small changes here or there, that there's things that Caleb has to do that fits his personality, but dealing with everybody, that's okay.
I'm starting to become easier at it, I think, but I don't know what he thinks.
Because of Caleb, it's actually easier.
He mentioned two years ago, right?
And as we were going through this change in our operating system and figuring new things out, we actually had to let our division managers go from both the Wichita division in Kansas and the Charlotte division out here.
But we already had a good replacement for Wichita.

And I was kind of like, Oh, am I going to take this back over this role?
I hear, what am I going to do?
And he kind of comes sheepishly in my office one evening and he sits there and, and when Kev comes in, he's not quite saying anything like, you know, you know, something's going on up in his head.
Right.
And he's like, Hey dad, he goes, uh, before you go hire somebody for this spot, give me a chance at it.
Hmm.
Right.
And so like in the back of my head, you know, starting this business, wanted to be a family business.
Right.
Wanted my son to take over.
That was my dream back in the day.
