I think seeing the way he works and competes and his skill set, there's a lot of smaller guys that have success nowadays based on their skill and their vision and their puck poise.

And the best part about him is he's a real quality kid.
And he kind of embraced whatever role and whatever situation he was put in.
His practice habits were great.
And he's just been continuing to get better and improving.
