You end up spending
Instead of being ten, fifteen seconds in your zone turns into forty seconds and
You get tired and when the mind's tired, the body's tired and it just doesn't work the same.
Well, I think I I try to stay as calm as I can.
I think uh
having experience as a player and re realizing
you know, how much goes on in a game uh have been able to take that to to task and never get too uh
um worked up when situations are are maybe not going the way you want as a coach or you know maybe the quality of play isn't uh where you want it.
But I think, you know, a
part of the game is mistakes and mistakes are a part of uh a team growing and and learning from and you know, you can you can only do so much during a game to make adjustments and uh
you know, change the style of play.
But when you do get back to practice or you're reviewing video, I think sometimes that's probably the time to be a little firmer and uh
You know, kinda maybe put down the hammer a little bit in direction.
Yeah, we do we do have them on the bench.
We uh you know, we allow the players to to take a peek here and there, but it's
It's not about uh taking a look and seeing why he didn't score.
Uh I think you can use it more as a teaching tool.
If a if a player comes to the bench every time he may makes a shot and misses the net or gets a shot blocked, I think it can be a kind of a negative factor for 'em.
If we can use it to do use it as a teaching tool, it's much more beneficial.
Yeah, no.
