And and then somebody pointed out that Apple made more money uh generating more revenue this quarter than they did in Tim Cook's first year as CEO, which is quite a quite a feat.

In it and it's not the holiday quarter, it's just a random quarter.

But the most so the most interesting to me was Apple saying we don't want to we're having

Supply problems, especially with iPhone and Mac, and they're going to continue and they're going to extend to iPad.

That scares everybody a little bit.

It means that they are not going to be able to sell as many as they could sell if they had more to sell.

But they did not, what they did not do is lay that at the feet of their chip partner, TSMC.

They said, This is our problem.

We didn't anticipate demand.

And if you look at the numbers, iPhones.

Sales up more than 20%.

Um Mac sales up 29%.

It's 22 on iPhone, 29 year over year on Mac.

And Tim Cook said, We misjudged how much demand there would be.

I think a lot of that is the iPhone 17 line has been very, very s successful, more than Apple thought.

And Apple is not a company.

That is uh not a believer in its success, right?

Like Apple, Apple knows they're gonna be hit products.

And then the MacBook uh Pro, and especially I think the MacBook Neo also took them by surprise.

And as a result, you know, they order the chips from TSMC well in advance, and you want to get that number right, and they undershot by a lot.
