There's no issues.
So what was happening was I would get defensive, I would get angry, I would get upset, all these sorts of things.
And I rationalized it by that's just me, because as a cop, I don't know, even even talking in my police voice, people say, stop yelling.
It's like I'm not yelling.
You're just reacting to a police officer, and that's your problem, not my problem.
You know.

Not necessarily criticizing me, but saying whatever, and I'm taking offense at it.
Because I think they're criticizing what I've done.
And it got to a point where I had a huge meltdown at work.
And um it was like, All right, you're going on uh paid leave until we sort out what happens.
And I was lying in bed and I went, I can't do this anymore, that's it, I'm out.
My personality didn't allow me to follow through with that.
It went you were being a dickhead.
You know?
So I called my doctor straight away.
He said, Give me ten yeah, give me half an hour and he called me back, had a session on the phone, went and saw him, went to a psychologist, got put on medication.
Started the podcast, wrote the book, writing screenplays.
Completely different person.
This is what I'm doing now.
