It kind of sounds almost adjacent to um I I've done this with my dad, but uh EMDR therapy, which is essentially uh well my from my understanding of it, I don't have a really a a a great deep dive on what EMDR is, but when I've done it with him, it involves tapping on certain surfaces on the body to release emotional trauma that's being held by the matched
