I don't know if you're... I mean, if you know anybody that works out and they take pre-workout, certain pre-workouts will make you feel itchy.
And that's a reaction to L-theanine.
Something to do with your nerve endings sparking up.
I don't know the science behind this.

But I do know that that is found in Celsius as well.
So I think maybe that's the thing that gives you that sort of boost.

My dad's a psychologist as well.
He's the IOC representative for Jamaica.
