A clearly emotional Jason Wolf spoke to a crowd gathered in the parking lot in front of the Berkeley County Sheriff's Office, saying his son, 24-year-old U.S.

Air Force Staff Sergeant Andrew Wolf, has had a couple of small setbacks, but that he's pushing forward.

The elder wolf is a sheriff's deputy in Berkeley County.

The crowd he spoke to appeared to be mostly from the region's first responder community.

On Monday, Governor Patrick Morrissey said Andrew Wolfe responded to a nurse with a thumbs up and was able to move his toes.
