And I think confusion and complexity are the friend of the seller of financial services, but they're the enemy of the buyer or consumer of financial services. matched

And so the more complex and impressive sounding a financial firm can make something sound, then the more likely it is that they'll be able to sell it to you and the more likely it is that it's bad for you. matched

And Congress is now getting involved. matched
