I think the thing that he needs to understand is he's equating this to energy, but the reality is that in AI models, the thing that we care about is what is that output token?
What is the revenue that's being generated?
What is the revenue that's being generated by the output token?
Ultimately, what he doesn't appreciate is that obviously Google and Facebook and Microsoft and OpenAI and X are not going to be in the business of generating negative revenue output tokens just for the sake of it.
