The company was dressed for a big night out as well.
Looked like he was about to hit the town in Shoreditch.
Yeah, he did speak that.
of their game plan that wasn't the the biggest of issues jay you were referencing a uh a comment from somebody about what mbappe must be thinking yeah so we had um a couple messages from j cole cfc on on twitter i'm sure we can all guess where the inspiration for that handle came from but just pointing out like how must mbappe be feeling because he's not won a trophy during his time
Real Madrid and PSG have made back-to-back Champions League finals without him.
I think that sort of just speaks to the change in the PSG project, for want of a better word, over the last couple of years and the change in focus on who they recruit.
From Diaz?
But also, the build-up to Dembele's goal, Carrascheglia sort of drops into a central position.
part of the pitch pops off the ball and then makes that run in behind and pulls it back for Dembele just every time I watch him I just think he must be a defender's nightmare because he's so good either on his left foot or his right foot so you you're trying to prevent him coming in and kerning it top corner on his right because he's so good at that but then he can take you to the byline and cross it in so your mind must be all over the place thinking how on earth to actually prevent this guy because no matter what way he goes it's
he is going to get the ball in the box in some way, shape or form.
There were only a goal down in the tie at that point, right?
Where they were playing as if they were three goals down in the tie.
Can I give a shout out to Zaire Emery as well?
Because I thought he struggled in the beginning of the game against Diaz.
But as it went on, I thought he got more assured and more composed.
Obviously, he's playing in an unfamiliar position.
He's central midfielder, he's playing at right back.
and Diaz was, yeah, very tricky.
And I thought he was going to be Bayern's best source of a goal at one point.
But as the game went on, I thought he did really well.
