Like there's obedience competitions that don't do any drive expressions.
There's dog diving with no control.
You know what I mean?
There's like, there's no combination of expression and control until you get into bite sports and protection work.
And so I'm studying protection work, but like, I'm not doing protection.
So I try to apply the principles.
I come back home and I have all these pit bulls playing all these games and I now see how to use play as training.
So I'm like, let's use the games.
Like, let's put the control I see in the bite sports on the games that we play.
And that didn't exist anywhere.
So I was playing all the games and all the other organizations, but there's no control.
So I was like, let's just do this with my clients.
So me and my clients would show up to weight pull and like tactical heel the dog onto them, down them, hook them up, pull it.
You know what I mean?
So like we're doing all this totally unnecessary control, but still doing the weight pull, right?
But there was no organization for us to compete in.
And it's like, be the change you want to see in the world.
I was like, I wanted people to have a place to do this and there's no place to do it.
So I just made it, which sounds really weird, but it's also one of those things of the motivation behind doing it was some things I learned from you in accident, not accidentally, but like unintended lessons that you didn't realize you were giving me.
When I had attended, when I went to your seminar, I'd already been going to tons of seminars, but they were all pet seminar, pet trainings.
