I think their offense isn't totally relying on the three-point shot, even though, obviously, it's a big deal to them.
They have lost some layers of their offense.
They used to post up as much as just about anybody.
They don't post up at all anymore.
Never, ever.
They're very reliant on jump shots, but because they do take care of the ball and because they do crash the glass the way they do, they're able to produce enough possessions that even when they go cold, they're able to score.

Yeah, so the one thing I harped on over the offseason after Tatum got hurt on my podcast, Still Potable, is Dave told me to do that.

Well, anyway, on my podcast, Still Potable, I kept saying that when Jason Tatum was not on the court last season, so all the minutes with Jason Tatum on the bench, Jalen averaged almost 10 assists per 100 possessions.
And so he was able to reach another level of playmaking.
He was able to reach another level of productivity when Tatum sat.
