So the study suggests that if your goal is cardiovascular risk reductions, right, to be specific, the benefits may continue well beyond that initial 150 minutes.
It may continue, get this, possibly into the 560 to 610 minutes per week range.
That's 80 to 90 minutes per day.
So that was kind of their takeaway.
So, yeah, this kind of pissed me off.
