But that didn't stop an online network of extreme predators known as 764 from reaching Jay anyway and allegedly pushing him to do the unthinkable, take his own life.

The goal of 764?

At least 30 people have been charged by the Justice Department in recent years with suspected ties to 764 or affiliated networks.
